Circuit Training - Is a body conditioning or endurance training that uses high intensity. This style targets high endurance or muscular strength endurance with high rep count completed in a "circuit". A "circuit" consists of a set of prescribed activities or exercises that are to be completed in rotation. 60 minute class
Zumba - Involves dance and aerobic elements. The choreography incorporates hip-hop, soca, samba, salsa, meringue and mambo. Squats and lunges are also included. 60 minute class
Line Dance - Is a choreographed dance with repeated sequence of steps. 60 minute class
Aqua Zumba - Involves dance and aerobic elements. The choreography incorporates hip-hop, soca, samba, salsa, meringue and mambo. Squats and lunges are also included. Class is instructed in the aquatic area reducing strain on joints and lowers impact to body. Great for rehab and older clients looking to get a great workout without risking injury to the body. 60 minute class
Cardio Boxing - A combination of the traditional training movements of a boxer, including sparring, shadow boxing, and blows delivered to a boxing bag, structured to be performed in sequences, similar to those of aerobics classes, that have a primarily aerobic training effect. Class will also include some aerobic exercises, designed to raise the heart rate and induce maximum results during the training period. 60 minute class
